Impreza rozpoczyna się 2 grudnia i potrwa 5 dni.
To już dziesiąta edycja międzynarodowego festiwalu filmów krótkometrażowych w Białymstoku. Przez 9 lat Festiwal mocno ewoluował – z małej kameralnej imprezy w klubie FAMA do największej w północno-wschodniej Polsce imprezy filmowej. Konkursy OKNO NA WSCHÓD oraz CAŁY TEN ŚWIAT prezentują najciekawsze filmy krótkometrażowe powstałe poza Polską. Dodatkowo, całkowity ogląd na krótkometrażowe kino zapewniają konkursy skierowane do twórców z Polski: AMATORZY, STUDENCI i NIEZALEŻNI.
Jednym z najciekawszych elementów festiwalu niewątpliwie będzie jego otwarcie. Na scenie kina Forum unikalny, świeży projekt legendarnego islandzkiego zespołu MÚM. Dwóch założycieli zespołu – Örvar Smárason i Gunnar Tynes – 2 grudnia w kinie Forum, w Białymstoku premierowo w Polsce wykona muzykę improwizowaną do niemego, nieco zapomnianego klejnotu kinematografii niemieckiej „Menchen am Sonntag” / „Ludzie w niedzielę” z 1930 roku. Po raz pierwszy na festiwalu, odbędzie się też konkurs teledysków. 3 grudnia rywalizować ze sobą będą teledyski m.in. Flying Lotus, Fisz Emade, DVA czy London Grammar. Na zakończenie pokazu zaplanowano koncert grupy JAAA!
